Our regulatory status

The 3iQ group operates through separate legal entities in different countries. In each jurisdiction, financial services are provided by the group entity that is registered or authorised in that jurisdiction, and it is that entity which deals with clients. The relevant entity, its regulator, and its registration or reference number are set out below.

Canada

3iQ Corp. is registered as an Exempt Market Dealer in all ten provinces; as a Portfolio Manager in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Québec; as an Investment Fund Manager in Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and Québec; and as a Commodity Trading Manager in Ontario.

United Kingdom

3iQ UK Limited is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Firm Reference Number 940000.

United States

3iQ Digital Assets (US) Inc. is an Exempt Reporting Adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC file number 802-135379; CRD number 339627). As an Exempt Reporting Adviser, it is exempt from registration as an investment adviser with the SEC and files reports with the SEC. It advises private funds and does not deal with the retail public.
